I am a bit in love with the town of Rye in Sussex, so when I was invited by a magazine to create a poster a la homage to the beautiful posters advertising seaside towns produced by British Railway Companies in the 30s, 40s and 50s Rye was always going to be my town of choice ! This is almost finished. I cut my papercuts out of the same paper and spray color it afterwards ....

That is beautiful, beautiful work! Maybe I should visit Rye, keep saying I want to move away from the south, maybe I just haven't found the right bit yet...

beautiful, I've never been to Rye, but the words could apply to our town of Holmfirth with our cobbled streets and little shops! beautiful work.

Wow what a gorgeous design. I can't imagine how long it must take you to cut out all the lettering!

Like the poster a lot. Are they available to buy?

Next time you go to Rye you should head down the coast to Bexhill on Sea as well. It's full of old people but the De La Warr Pavilion is great!
